Details

From 1891 to the 1950's the smokeless powder .303 British rifle round served the United Kingdom and all her colonies and dominions. The rimmed rifle cartridge served competently through two World Wars and conflicts in almost every continent in between. The British Enfield rifle that was chambered for the .303 as been called the best, most robust battle rifle of the 20th century, and many of these old weapons have soldiered on after decommissioning, but as "sporters": reliable guide, and hunting guns continuing to serve all over the world. PRVI's 150 grain jacketed soft point (JSP) bullet is ideal for either target or hunting as it has a muzzle velocity of just under 2700 feet per second w just over 2400 foot pounds of energy. This was a caliber prepared to shoot out to one or two thousand meters, at least in volleys.

PRVI Partizan PPU continues to make ammunition for the Serbian military, just as it had for Yugoslavia since its start in 1922. But PRVI is no mil surplus ammo manufacturer, but a quality competitor in the commercial market of less than common calibers. Reloadable brass cases with boxer primers are fully reloadable unlike the bulk of military surplus .303 you could ever hope to see from remnants of the British Empire.
