These help the bullet retain weight and conserve momentum so it can penetrate to an effective depth.

The InterLock’s grooved, tapered jacket secures deadly expansion, while its streamlined secant ogive profile helps to flatten its trajectory and deliver greater striking energy downrange. At 0.406, the bullet’s G1 BC is sufficient to secure at least 1,500 ft lbs striking energy at any range within 355 yards (assuming the bullet was fired from the 24” barrel it needs in order to achieve its posted 3,060 fps muzzle velocity).
