Details

In 1896 Smith & Wesson introduced their new Hand Ejector revolver in .32, but with a longer cylinder to accommodate the .32 Long instead of their usual .32 (now called short). The lengthened case provided more energy to fire an improved bullet and while not as common today, still maintains a reputation for consistent accuracy. This caliber is also capable of being fired in firearms chambered for .32 H&R Magnum and the modern .327 Federal Magnum. As such, these cartridges are great for training and target shooting at the range without burning up a lot of cash and powder for rounds that are better suited for defense, hunting and/or Martian landings. PRVI’s 98 grain lead round nosed bullet has a muzzle velocity of 787 feet per second with 128 foot pounds of energy. This is a training round ideal for the modern mag calibers or simply keep for use in making holes in paper with the original firearms for which it was designed.

PRVI Partizan’s name continues to become known for providing quality products in calibers that are increasingly hard to find. Their use of reloadable brass and reliable components keep them fully appreciated by shooters of these less common calibers, and the company’s position as munitions supplier to the Serbian military guarantee quality performance.
