Prvi Partizan - Lead Round Nose - 158 Grain 38 Special Ammo - 500 Rounds
Since its introduction in 1899, the .38 Special Smith & Wesson cartridge met the expectations and shooting needs of both the military and civilians alike. Introduced simultaneously with Smith’s new, side swing out cylinder, the Hand Ejector model, the .38 Special exceeded the performance of its predecessor, the .38 Long Colt that was then in US military service, and quickly became a favored cartridge of law enforcement and private shooters alike. PRVI’s 158 grain lead round nose bullet has a muzzle velocity of 902 feet per second with 283 foot pounds of energy. Not ideal for defense, this cartridge is suitable for target shooting and training at the range, as well as competitive shooting – especially in Single Action Shooting type (SASS) meets for the full authenticity flair.
PRVI ammunition was a mainstay of the Balkans since 1922 and since the 1990’s has expanded its market into the US. American shooters have come to know the company for its economy of price as well as its rugged reliability. Brass cases are reloadable and PRVI’s product line encompasses the breadth of popular modern calibers as well as some of the more obscure calibers that collectors like to keep in action.
