This is Magtech’s simplest 10mm cartridge, and as such it carries the 10mm’s standard 180 grain full metal jacket projectile. Lead core, copper alloy jacket – zero steel, so it is not magnetic. This bullet’s flat nose profile is what you want for smooth feeding in a semi-automatic pistol or carbine, and loaded to a muzzle velocity of 1,230 fps (out of a 5” barrel) it performs almost indistinguishably from a dedicated self-defense round.
