Technically speaking, this round’s 55 grain bullet is a full metal jacket boat tail, with a tapered base that generates less drag than a flat base as it bolts through the air. That boosts the bullet’s G1 ballistic coefficient to a respectable 0.243 – the reason why you can aim to 100 yards and see less than -3” of drop at 200 (assuming your sights are centered up 1.5”). If you’re not all that into ballistics, just know that this ammo is accurate enough to take care of all your training, plinking and general target shooting needs.
