This round’s 230 grain bullet’s solid lead core is completely enveloped by polymer instead of copper. This reduces metal-on-metal friction against the bore, which in turn extends a barrel’s lifespan. The TSJ also eliminates lead fouling of the bore, so you can continue to shoot accurately without pausing to clean your firearm.

The TSJ’s inability to produce lead vapor during ignition is complemented by this round’s lead-free Catalyst primer. If you’re training at an indoor range, this ammo will minimize your exposure to toxic lead gas. And if you’re firing at a steel target, the TSJ’s lack of brittle copper will virtually eliminate the risk of injurious splash-back.
