CCI is a great American company. Founded in 1950 by a former Boeing employee, they started out making niche rifle cartridges until specializing in component primers. They first made primers for the U.S. Military, and went on to serve the civilian market from there. CCI also innovated the shell casing with heat-treated aircraft-grade aluminum, and became famous for their high quality .22 caliber ammo.
CCI still makes aluminum casings, but they’re no stranger to working with brass either. This 10mm cartridge offers all the benefits of the traditional alloy, and it’s equipped with a 180 grain full metal jacket projectile for training and target shooting.
