Fiocchi Crusher #7-1/2 Shot 1 oz. 2-3/4" 12 Gauge Ammo - 25 Rounds
The use of birdshot ammunition for sporting purposes is well established, but for use in home defense is a growing consideration, especially with the denser lead shot instead of steel which can achieve higher velocities. The simple fact is, in a closed choke and at close range, the mass of the shot can prove just as devastating as solid shot. Further, the low brass shells have slightly less recoil for follow up shot effectiveness. Some have further opined that the further out it goes, birdshot holes are also easier to spackle over… important considerations to some, apparently.
Fiocchi’s 1 ounce, 2.75” shell releases approximately 350 number 7.5 shot (.095”) pellets at about 1300 feet per second. Perfect for upland birding or keeping ready in a house gun: Federal has it covered.
Dominating the domestic shot shell market, Federal has been providing dependable performance ammunition since its founding in Minnesota during the 1920’s. Trusted and relied upon for defense as well as putting game on the table and scoring at the clay range, their shells are also loaded into boxer primed cases for additional value to shotgunners who have their own presses, or at least access to those who do.
