Prvi Partizan - Full Metal Jacket - 150 Grain 30-06 Ammo - 20 Rounds
The U.S. military opted to replace the .30-40 Krag cartridge in 1903 with the new Springfield .30-03 round nosed cartridge: it had a larger case for increased power with the new Springfield rifle model of the same year. However, almost immediately upon its introduction, German and French development of a “spitzer”, or pointed bullet, encouraged a redesign with loading the cartridge with a more aerodynamic projectile as well. The new .30-06 Springfield went on to be one of the most popular military (at least as far as US devotees are concerned) and sporting cartridges on the North American continent. PRVI’s 150 grain full metal jacketed bullet has a muzzle velocity measuring 2723 feet per second with 2499 foot pounds of energy. This is a competitive or training cartridge ideal for use in mil surplus rifles or for familiarity training of modern sporting rifles.
Making ammunition for national defense since 1928, the Serbian munitions manufacturer PRVI/PPU Partizan has broadened their manufacturing capability to a commercial export line that has only exceeded state requirements for quality components and dependable performance. With time proven bullet designs loaded into reloadable brass cases, the PRVI brand has become one of the most sought-after choices for avid shooters.
